Pros

Unlimited PTO, fun co workers, free lunches and snacks. Decent company parties and events. Mostly flexible work environment and hours.

Kontras

No opportunity for growth, no training, complete boys club, no processes for anything. Disorganization and no communication between departments. Management lacks empathy, clear direction and listening skills. Team meetings are not about collaboration or innovation, they are about being talked AT then dismissed when you have a comment or concern. There is absolutely no coaching on your actual job, the only focus is on upselling new products (without fixing products that are known to be broken). No accountability for any department, especially sales. Pay and bonus structure are a joke and change all the time. The general consensus amongst management is "we are giving you free stuff so you should be happy". Free things only put a bandage on employee morale. As the old adage says, there are leaders and there are bosses and this company blatantly has no leaders.
