Close-knit (1 or two people per office) Versatile job duties (You do everything--the sales, the janitor jobs, the maintenance, the cleaning of units, etc.) Boring at times--real slow--and high paced other times. No in between. From personal experience, I was dealt with a terrible Regional Manager, who is the boos of the office. Some of the managers are the same. The managers constantly change districts. We had two managers in 1 year. No over-time.
