Great staff, collaborative environment, remote work, true to their purpose.

Salary was a bit low.

Awesome international community and mission.

Management, which is very toxic internally. They know "social justice language" (partially written by employees who were pushed out) but do not put it into practice. As a result, turnover was high. They also claim to be based in New Orleans while only one or two employees actually live there. This is a common tactic for nonprofits who want to fundraise and tell stories in the name of New Orleans while not actually investing in it.
