Everything! Everyone is friendly and keen to help out. I have a lot of work to do but it's interesting and varied and I get the support I need to do it. Management are really open and listen to your opinions. Hope to stay here a long time

> Worked with an amazing team and collaborated with a few stars. > Decent pay > Off all holidays

> New CEO took over last year and hired a bunch of his friends into C-Suite roles and none of them know what they’re doing. > Anyone that raised concerns about the products got ignored and fired. Most of those that remain are there because they choose to suck up to management. > Financial plan to stay afloat = layoffs. > Every day at Provar is fear of being unemployed. > Regularly losing customers due to poor customer service.
