      - Friendly staff - Very competitive pay - Potential to earn more working additional hours (always work to be done) - Great job for networking - Very understanding with time off

      Kontras

      - Hours can sometimes be tough because often working around people's 9-5 - Sometimes required to work evenings/weekends (although not a con for me as I liked the additional hours) - Small company, no benefits when I worked there (they were looking into adding a package for employees)
