Creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and heard is something that is incredibly important to us. You mention the word “fun” when referring to our environment – we agree with you. We aim for our sales environment here to be fun and focused – after all, you spend a long time at work! Working in sales is certainly not an easy feat and we know to be successful, you have to be a motivated, driven individual as this is what will keep you going through the more challenging times. Whilst sales is a great career for those who are money motivated, due to the uncapped commission, we have found that not everyone who works in sales puts money as their number one priority. That being said, they will still have other motivators and drivers to keep them going. You mention that there are long hours here. It’s hard to know what your personal experience is but we have made a targeted effort to review working hours and have reduced the finish time of standard contracts. We also offer part time hours and a range of flexible working which we can tailor dependant on what you are looking for. Some people do choose to stay beyond their hours if they have a customer who they want to help and /or they simply choose to work on.
