One word says it all - unethical. I've worked for many recruiting agencies and Fortune 500 companies and this is by far the worst place I've seen! They have an extremely high turnover rate and most people aren't there longer than a year. Most of the previous management have left and you'll see in their system that many recruiters have been there and left. They preach a positive work environment. It's all show and no tell. Beware. If you are seriously considering them, make sure to read through all these comments. They do force people to write a good recommendation and reward those who do with gift certificates. They pay you to write a positive review! What type of company does that?...it's the one that's actually scared to know the truth. The all 5 stars are probably written by people who want the gift certificate or most likely their HR who has time to boost their image despite their negative reputation.
