I absolutely love my team, my manager, and find the work itself deeply fulfilling. One of the standouts for me is the leadership. They are willing to make short-term, sometimes unpopular decisions because they prioritize the long-term safety and stability of all employees. It is a huge relief to work for a financially stable organization where I can see myself building a long-term career. Prosper is also one of the most diverse companies I have been a part of. From my perspective, the compensation is very competitive compared to other industry ranges I have seen, and the benefits offerings meet my needs.
