Pros
I recently worked at Proscape as a Graphic Design Intern for 5 months. The overall experience is something I am very grateful for and I learned an incredible amount from my supervisors. Most of the time I did not feel like just an "intern" because the work I was doing was substantial and important. The graphic designers also encouraged my creativity and were respectful to my own ideas and I enjoyed being part of such a collaborative team. The office itself I found to be very conducive to creativity and it was a very nice environment to work in. There are also many team building activities such as lunches, happy hours and outside of work events which encourage unity within the company.
Kontras
In my personal experience here, I would say the Pros outweighed the Cons, but there were definitely reasons I decided to leave Proscape. If you are young and newly out of school/still in school looking for a short-term opportunity, this is a great place to get some hands on experience. There is little to no growth for most interns to be brought on full time, so this is not for somebody is who looking for something full time (in the design department at least), so keep that in mind. Also, there were certain things I disagreed with regarding the company morals, as well as compensation.
