All three founders are extremely supportive and welcome new ideas. Coming from an MNC, Propstack made me realize what a flat organizational structure and freedom of expression really meant. Any suggestions for the growth of business are more than welcome here. Overall I feel it gives you a mix which very few companies would - working in a positive work environment as an employee plus developing the notion/thinking of being an entrepreneur within your team, something I always wanted in a job.
