      The CEO cares about the people that work there

      The culture is Rotten. Team mates have no social skills. In office bullying among team mates daily. Working late nights and weekends regularly. Condescending answers for every question. Multiple team mates have had panic attacks in meetings. Management sees it and either partakes in it or they blatantly ignore it.

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Kontras

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.
