The learning curve in the beginning can be tough, but once you are past it this is a pretty easy job. Great for professional development and positive, laid back environment.
Coworkers and managers are friendly and easy to talk to, and everyone is always willing to help where needed.
Not expected to work long hours (great work life balance), and great vacation plan and 401k match also.

Health insurance isn’t the greatest
This isn’t really a pro or a con, but people tend to either stay here for a very long time, or less than 2 years. Not much in between and I’m not sure why. It’s kinda weird.
