The client work is challenging and interesting, and each consultant can be as involved as they want (or don't want) to be with the inner workings of the firm. None really. It's good to understand that the type of consulting work Propeller currently does is primarily execution and delivery-focused project work. Not a lot of C-level strategy consulting, which could be a con to some, though this area has potential to continue growing for the firm as we build relationships with existing clients.
