I have been with Promenics since its inception and have worked in several different roles. I have learned a great deal by working with a wide variety of clients from many regions around the world. I have literally been through thick and thin with this company, and every phase has contributed to my professional and personal growth. What I value the most is the founder’s genuine priority for employees’ mental well-being. The culture is incredibly positive and supportive. Everyone here is happy, and we face no issues when taking time off or attending to personal matters, as long as our work is planned and taken care of responsibly. This level of understanding and trust is rare in the service industry. Promenics has an excellent product, and in my opinion, it is stronger than most solutions available in the market. Teams willingly go the extra mile because the company does the same for us. When employees need support, the company does not hesitate to extend that support, and this creates a very healthy and motivating environment. I have worked in other well-known organizations where employees go through literal 'hell' are always applying for jobs and just 'waiting to quit'. The service industry is challenging by nature, but Promenics ensures that employees do not suffer. It is a place that genuinely values its people, promotes growth, and builds a culture that we can all be proud of.

I have been working at Promenics since 2018 and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. I’ve spent most of my time in one of the busiest departments – Implementation – which has given me tremendous exposure and learning opportunities, especially as we primarily support MNCs. We transitioned to remote work during COVID, and I have genuinely appreciated the flexibility it offers. I was able to move back to my hometown and continue working seamlessly without any disruption. Leadership at Promenics is structured, employee-centric, and flexible. They truly care about employee wellbeing, and we’ve never had issues availing leaves or maintaining a healthy work-life balance. My colleagues have been amazing, supportive, and collaborative throughout my time here. Overall, Promenics is a fast-growing company with a great product and a strong culture. It has been rewarding to be part of its journey and growth.
