IF changed my practice for the better - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Projects by IF: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I’ve learnt loads in the year since I started at IF, about all things data and AI. I really enjoy working in such an emerging space for a young and dynamic organisation. IF has given me the opportunity to go out of my comfort zone, try new things and develop my own views on how AI and big data is shaping our lives and the distribution of power in society. From working here, I've identified a sector and career path that I wouldn't have necessarily considered before.

It's not always easy working in a relatively new business, that changes almost every week, but I enjoy the challenge.

-Everyone who works there is smart and good at their job -There is a strong ethical sense of purpose -You're no micromanaged, you get a lot of autonomy and there are lots of break-out spaces to work in -Good sense of work-life balance, staff aren't overworked -Lots of team-bonding activities -Beautiful offices in Somerset House -Growing company, lots of opportunities to learn and develop career

Honestly, I can't think of any. I returned to being freelance but still do remote work for the company.
