CEO is driven by the almighty dollar at the expense of the workers. Company has 55% turnover and avg tenure is barely 2 yrs. which is terrible for a 25 yr old company. The exec team does not listen to others input unless you're tied to a contract and they don't share the profits with their employees. Toxic environment for support staff which is too bad as there's huge potential for this company to be great.
