Turnover has been exceptionally high in the last few years, and we can't just blame the pandemic. All senior leadership staff have left since hiring a new CEO and they have been replaced with less skilled individuals or contract staff (example no full time CFO but a contract bookkeeper). The organization is on an up but the staff skill levels have seriously decreased.
