Great mid level and entry level people to work with.
Kontras
Upper level leadership cares about lining their own pockets. They couldn’t care less about their employees. They will never seek employee feedback about how to improve individual positions within the company, rather, they make changes without reflecting on the impact it will have on the worker. Terrible leadership. It’s a sinking ship.
