team continues to work closely despite WFH and we have found ways to always connect and share our highs and lows and support one another

I suppose we could have more whole team zooms or even lunch zooms as that will help the entire team maintain sanity!

Pros

Faculty, Staff and Administrators work together in a tough environment so make the best of things with limited resources and often little parental support. Sub can choose assignments in advance on-line. Pay is higher than many suburban districts.

Kontras

Behavioral techniques and programs vary from building to building so that can be confusing. Procedures for recess and lunch also vary. Little advanced warning of known behavioral issues when entering a classroom for the first time. I left because I could not get a full-time position.

Hi, thanks for your feedback although you probably meant to submit this review for another company. We are a headhunting firm in Singapore, we dont have teachers or faculty members but lots of cool headhunters here :)
