There is no functional business model that drives revenue. Instead of focusing on building a revenue driving business model, leadership just chases niche ideas or chasing the 'competitors' until they amount to nothing. Wasting time, money, and resources. Unfortunately, layoffs happen every 6 months because the team also doesn't know how to balance a checkbook and budget.
