Skills improvement and ambition for growth is rewarded. The team morale is excellent and it's a fun environment for collaboration with other departments. Remote work means no traffic to get to the office. It's a smaller company, so everyone's contributions make a big impact.

The job is fast pased and can sometimes become stressful. This is still more of a pro than a con though.
