I was hired with the understanding that the role would include two to three work-from-home days per week; however, in practice, only one remote day has been permitted. Management also frequently changes rules and procedures without clear or timely communication, creating confusion and inconsistency across the team. There appears to be a lack of accountability at the management level, as managerial errors are often overlooked while employees are held to very strict standards with little tolerance for mistakes. On multiple occasions, employees have been blamed for issues beyond their control, contributing to a culture of scapegoating. Additionally, concerns related to inappropriate behavior, including comments or conduct that could be perceived as sexist or otherwise unprofessional, are not consistently addressed by management. When such issues are raised, responsibility is often deflected rather than handled directly, which contributes to discomfort and undermines trust in leadership.
