flexible, fun culture. if you show initiative and interest, you can be exposed to a lot of interesting work. small company without any corporate bs. every meeting is productive, etc.
Kontras
a little political - there's certainly an "in" crowd with management. i could see how that could feel exclusionary to some, but if you are smart and hardworking there's absolutely no reason you can't get on their good side.
