With the average employee tenure of 5+ years the various departments have a breadth of industry knowledge that you do not find at other agencies. From the moment I joined Procom I was asked what my goals were within the organization and since then have felt supported and experienced strong growth. Procom is a true work hard play hard environment with a culture in working hard and fostering employee engagement. Lots of social events and team bonding across the organization. The employee tenure alone proves that Procom has created and maintained a positive work environment for its employees.
