• Poor communication (expectations, direction, etc) • Poor consistency of expectations and holding employees to the same standards (some people could sleep at their desk w/o issue, or some could be rude, inept, or downright disrespectful to team member as a manager again w/o issue) • Management does not take reports of misconduct seriously • A team member's role may be sold as one thing and expanded into many other things, but there is no recognition of these efforts; in fact if a person is overwhelmed or struggling they do not help, but get rid of those people
