We truly believe that we're more than a company of freelance practitioners, we're a community. With that model, we may not offer benefits just yet for most staff but that will change soon. For the "core team" (sales, marketing, biz ops, internal HR/recruiting, etc) that supports all our freelance consultants and recruiters, we'll be moving to an FTE model early next year with benefits. For consultants, on-demand recruiters, and other freelance staff who are growing their own businesses through our co-op community, we'll likely always be this model as we believe it allows for entrepreneurs to have greater earning potential through very generous revenue share and allows for more autonomy over their work.
