1. The culture has become an absolute mess – the leadership team spends more time tracking who is coming into office at what time and leaving when instead of actually working on real problems 2. No directional growth in the company, everyone is pushed to keep doing something without any real impact being made, we haven't figured out the business just have to sell sell sell to meet numbers for fundraise. Every single conversation and goal is about how to get to series B without really paying attention to making a business. 3. Very poor experience working with the heads – no clarity on what they are doing and constant pushing and pulling in different directions. 4. Clear demarcations of hierarchy, you'd think in an early stage start up this wouldn't be there but...

Working at Proactive For Her was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve had. The compensation is extremely low compared to the workload and expectations. The management is disorganized, unsupportive, and completely out of touch with employee well-being. There are no proper leave policies, and employees are expected to keep working without breaks, regardless of burnout. The workload is excessive and unrealistic, with no appreciation or fair recognition. What makes it worse is the horrible management style – communication is poor, feedback is dismissive, and there is no genuine concern for staff mental health. Instead of fostering a healthy and respectful work environment, they operate in the most exploitative way possible. If you value fair pay, respect, work-life balance, and good management, this is not the place for you.
