- Unorganized and unprofessional with no standard management processes - People that have been at the company from the start do not understand processes or how to handle their teams - Team leads/managers/editors only look out for themselves - The salaries given are a joke with the upper management putting most of the revenue in their own pockets - Upper management does not see eye to eye, let alone listen to anyone who voices a difference of opinion with them - The place reeks of misogyny - You will NOT be promoted from any position EVER!
