ProLink Solutions provides software for real estate finance - specifically supporting the ever important affordable housing industry. Our clients typically include governmental regulatory authorities, large banks, broker / dealers, developers, and commercial real estate organizations. Over the past few years, our market share has more than doubled for the regulatory industry. ProLink has responded by hiring more employees, providing career growth opportunities for current employees, and changing from a waterfall to agile development shop. Our products continue to significantly grown to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. From a sales perspective, things are very exciting at ProLink. From a development and operational perspective we are on a fast trajectory as we transition from a startup to more mature software company. A lot going on and a lot to get excited about!

Kontras

Right now our challenge is to operationally meet the current growth expectations. This can put strain on people, but also provides a great deal of opportunity for those looking for career growth and ownership of product and processes.

Pros

The other RNs were Friendly to travel staff. Sometimes the charge was not friendly to travelers (attitude wise) I liked floating and ED overflow hold while pt waited for a bed after being admitted.

Kontras

Night shift was short support staff on the floor and PCU pt load could be heavy 1:5 aid between 18 pts sometimes

Pros

The people you work with are so smart and diligent and the industry is rewarding, especially the clients.

Kontras

Senior leadership is not transparent about things that are going on, even when called out and directly asked. Micro-management is part of the company culture, which is very unfortunate. Unfortunate that they hire such a high caliber of employees and then don't trust them to do the jobs they were hired for. Also, with their unlimited PTO policy, employees are penalized on bonuses for taking advantage of this policy, so use it with caution.
