Pros, what pros? They often work in remote areas and when they let people go you are stuck in the middle of nowhere with no severance pay and now chance of getting another job in that area.

No bonuses of any kind, nothing for Christmas (not even an email), and a general freeze on salaries. This company treats you like garbage and when they are done with you they through you to the curb without blinking. Don't waste your time with this company.
