They have a clear and well-defined company culture based on good values and the company operates with a strong moral compass. We are given a great level of autonomy, we work independently but support from management is there if you need it.

The vendor managers are great and easy to work with. They work with you for time and sometimes, fee adjustments.

Having been a BPO provider for this company for more than 6 years, I am sadly disappointed in the way it has gone downhill in the way it pays its providers. For the third time in a row, the payment has been at least 10 days late with no real reason. I was told they got behind when it got really busy in October, but in 2008, when I was cranking out 10+ reports a DAY, the pay was always on time. Some of the work I do is more than 40 miles away and takes hours just to drive there to take photos, not to mention the hours it can take to find comps and complete the report. I have been late with only 1 report in 6 years and yet my on-time performance rating is 94%? I will not complete any more work until the payment schedule is resumed in a timely manner. Also, they have reduced the fees for agents, I have asked to speak with accounting and been told they have to be emailed. My vendor manager emails them and they don't even give me the courtesy of a written email apologizing for the payment being late, all they send is a shot of the screen showing the payment was instituted. I still will not receive the December 12 payment until December 28, at which time the next payment due on December 27 should be paid. We shall see.
