Pros

1. Was interesting for a while 2. Fun place to work if you like sports, until the fun died

Kontras

1. Bad compensation package - feels like you're taking a comp hit to work in sports. 2. Pretends to have culture but a lot of the people who actually contributed to that culture have quit or were laid off. No one is having fun any more.
