I feel like I have always had the opportunity to define my position and create my own value here. Through a very rigorous hiring process, the management AND employees get a say in who will be working hand-in-hand with them through their tenure. With a very low turnover rate and most employees staying for the better part of a decade (I'm currently sitting at 12 years), we get to know each other, lean on each other in our weaknesses and encourage each others' strengths. The management truly cares about not just our job performance, but our everyday lives and is careful to consider that a healthy and happy human creates a productive and valuable employee. We have created a professional environment that makes our clients believe we are a large company, but are so tight-knit that we treat each other like family. We are comfortable enough to get upset at each other, work it out, and laugh with each other 10 seconds later. If you want advancement, create it! The management trusts their employees enough to listen to them; if it'll benefit everyone, you can create growth in or out of your hired positions. Post-covid, it's realized that work-from-home will stay and is encouraged - however, we always make time to come into the office to say hi, or play online games together once a month just to get together outside of the realms of normal work responsibilities.

Sometimes we are asked to go outside of our comfort zone. While this isn't necessarily a negative thing, sometimes it does interfere with our normal duties that cause wheels to proverbially spin if deadlines are tight or work-loads are overbearing.

I've been with Printable Promotions for many years! I absolutely love the culture. The owners are hands-on, driven and care just as much about their clients as they do about their employees. It's more like a family than a place of employment. As a small company, you find pride in being a large part of its success. The end results are what really matter, how you get there is very much up to you. As long as you’re meeting your goals (which you help to create) you can enjoy the pleasure of working from home and hours that are more flexible than what I’ve experienced at other companies. Yes, we have many rush orders as our clients have needs that we’ll always strive to meet. We work hard to build that trust and prove ourselves the go-to company. I’ve never worked with a staff I can count on as much as I do ours. I credit this to our open dialogue and everyone’s personal investment in shared success and strong work ethic.

While there's not a ton of room to "move up" in the company, there's always room to increase ones salary. We are all rewarded with the company's success.
