      There are quite a few. Health Benefits are expensive, no OT, no bonus pay. Base salary is terrible.

      Company provided truck and toolset as well as new electronics for work and personal use. Management is easygoing and available every day.

      Can't drive the truck outside of working hours, pay is lower than what it should be for the physically demanding work. Stressful and strenuous.
