Perfect place to learn the ins and outs of agriculture and science. Great coworkers and atmosphere.

None to speak of, but this was many years ago.

- The job was simple enough to learn even without experience. - You can learn a lot with QA processing and how it works - good experience for you in the long run if you want to get into the industry somewhere else

- Not in season during the year the samples are low so the job can get boring fast and technicians are basically waiting for samples like hawks. - You learn fast that there is a hierarchy and some techs have first priority over others because they are related to higher ups and you get stuck doing what they don't want to do.
