Sexual Harassment Culture - Ramp Agent bei PrimeFlight: Mitarbeiterbewertung

TLDR HORROR STORY: An associate consistently harassed me for nearly four months. Never thought it would happen to me as a male. Made a report only to get fired because the perp was able to cleverly explain away his behavior and even intentionally flipped the script on me. No investigation for me, just straight termination. I was basically called a liar and to make this more fun, the perp rallied "witnesses" that condoned his sexual behavior in a perceived professional environment. It was glorified. Yes it is the culture of this company it seems, but HE was OVERBOARD. BEWARE OF THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. SH Cases are handled with NO care. The WHOLE investigation was one-sided on BOTH ends and only lasted 3 days (that's a stakeout, not an investigation)
