Relies too much on past successes and does not appreciate the effort it takes to deliver working, quality software from scratch; does not want to start developing technology unless someone orders a (paid) project then expects everything is developed and works in less than three months.

Company owners are involved in the company and want it to succeed. Many coaching opportunities, and positive relationship between management and employees. Favorable conditions and capacity to buy many vacation days.

The company is in rapid growth, so there are lots of things that haven't been thought out completely.
