      Camaraderie and team building. People just want to be recognized for good work, and I can say that most every field personnel I worked with were great, whether they were green or seasoned veterans.

      Management is somewhat disconnected with people in the field. Although this is very much team dependent.

      Good culture, lots of employee events, pays pretty well

      Boom bust cycles of work the booms you are drinking from a fire hose and the busts there is nothing going on

      Great if you want a divorce and a chemical dependency, and love being disrespected by management.

      Long hours, no overtime, broken commitments on the company side. No respect from management to mid or low level.
