      Pros

      The company shows a true and sincere value towards the employees. The company works hard but the work is enjoyable and allows for flexibility and professional development. You get a real sense of pride in integrity and workmanship here.

      Kontras

      Travel is required in my role but I knew it coming in. Some of the projects are pretty intense and require long hours, but again it is apart of my career choice.

      Good culture, lots of employee events, pays pretty well

      Boom bust cycles of work the booms you are drinking from a fire hose and the busts there is nothing going on

      Great if you want a divorce and a chemical dependency, and love being disrespected by management.

      Long hours, no overtime, broken commitments on the company side. No respect from management to mid or low level.
