Family culture and if you fit the conservative culture you can be at home here.

The culture was not diverse. In most high tech companies in the area there are employees from all over the world. Not so here. While the culture was pro family, both the employee's families and creating a "we are family" sense, there was no concern for work life balance. Part of that is the nature of the business and part of it was a management choice.
