Compounding this issue is the complete lack of accountability regarding client funds. The handling of earnest money deposits is opaque and raises significant red flags. When I attempted to gain clarity on these matters, I was met with an unsettling silence. My inquiries were not just unanswered; they were deliberately ignored, a tactic clearly used to evade responsibility. This pattern of non-responsiveness extends to any challenge or question posed, particularly when their own policies or statements are called into question. Their refusal to obtain a NAID number for the state of Michigan is not just a procedural oversight; it demonstrates a fundamental unwillingness to comply with standard industry practices. When I pressed for an explanation, all communication ceased—phone calls, emails, and texts were met with a complete and utter lack of response. The contemptuous tone evident in their rare communications only solidifies the unprofessionalism that permeates every level of their organization.
