Praxis has managed to maintain it's small company feel while continuing to grow year after year. The company culture puts an emphasis on attracting and then retaining top talent, with competitive pay, great benefits, and a focus on continuing to grow and utilize your technical skills. There are few layers of management meaning you feel a direct connection with the goals and direction of the company.

There isn't any sort of career path within the company. There is room to take more responsibility in roles on contracts, but nothing within the Praxis organization, which is probably a side effect of the few layers of management in place.
