1. Management is supercool and supportive. 2. Great product and would have the opportunity to add exciting features to it. 3. You get to learn lot of techie stuffs. 4. Flexible working hours.
Kontras
1. No formal training or KT provided, you yourself need to pickup stuffs that was half finished left behind. 2. There is lot of work going on and everyone would be busy with tight timelines, thus you wouldn’t get a prompt response from anyone(or many times no response at all), it seems not so nice. 3. Not a healthy work culture and professionalism within team members. 4. No clear career path.
