Pros
Great Pay - They pay almost twice as much as anyone else in the industry! Low pressure Work - They expect you to meet deadline like any other company, but they don't put unnecessary pressure on anyone. the deadlines are very flexible and fair. Great people - I haven't been there long so can't comment on everyone, but all the people in my team are really friendly, even the upper management is very approachable. Really flexible work hours - unlike other places I've worked at, they have great working hours. They don't scold you for being late or for going home early, as long as you're delivering the work, no one cares!

They need to get better chairs - They make a lot of sound! I hate their 'Wi-Fi' and they're literally no phone network in the building!!! They need to get a coffee machine in the office, I can't work 8 hrs a day without ample supply of caffeine in my system! Not much opportunities for growth - Though this is not really company's fault, there is not much area for career growth. don't think its sustainable in long term. This is more like a industry's problem and less like a company's problem.
