Inconsistent incentives for what you are working for. Pay from one month to the next can vary drastically based on changing expectations, while your work and results maintain consistent. Long hours and extra work during the holidays with no extra compensation. Turnover has been terrible and rather than hiring new employees they spread the work among the already overworked staff. Constant negative re enforcement from management that was negatively re enforced before they got to you, for goals that are increasingly difficult to attain.
