Pros
- Honestly some of the nicest people within a company that I've ever worked with. - Reliable performance in the UK market, not about to fold like a lot of smaller suppliers so no real threat of sudden redundancy. - Very open contact points with upper management. - Convenient transport links to office, central Birmingham.
Kontras
- There is absolutely no progression paths other than TL positions which all currently belong to a very Cliquey group within the company. - Workloads are SEVERELY unbalanced and a massive internal culture of "Not my department, not my problem" - Salary is extremely basic. Not hugely competitive in the current market. - I have considered killing myself more often whilst working at Powershop than in any other job I've ever held.
