Small company, so things are naturally a bit more flexible than a larger company. Small teams, getting to know your co-workers is much easier than elsewhere.

Lack or structure. As PowerHandling, Inc is still smaller, many policies or procedures that are established in larger companies are either just emerging, there but not followed, or simply absent. As a new engineer, hard to learn in this environment. Engineers required 45 hr work week.
