The org lacks leaders. People in leadership positions don't have qualities of leader, leading to average to poor strategy. They lack the kind of grooming needed. The middle management studies lacks the calibre to mentor juniors or be ready to lead the organisation effectively. Without good leaders at the helm, the company will remain a puppet in the hands of the average Indian bureaucracy and political system. There is a serious lack of diversity and inclusion in workplace.
