Boss direction is moody and fastest resource turnaround, futile layoffs on monthly basis. 2 best employees admired by all colleagues fired for disagreeing with boss and he promoted a new comer in spite to diminish previous model employee achievements, employees working in fear. I was let go for not achieving goals they forced direction on and not allowed propositions. Reason why many quit.
