Pros

Working for Poshmark Canada has been amazing thus far - it's an exciting time to work for the company being the first country Poshmark has launched into! Poshmark values themselves on leading with love, growing together and focusing on people (both who work for the company and the community on the app). I love that everyday brings a new challenge and project - the platform is a perfect combination of fashion, tech and encouraging entrepreneurship. Tons of cross-functional projects to work on, collaborating everyday with a mix of departments. Being on the starting team for Poshmark Canada is incredible because we get to educate and market our product to all Canadians who have likely never used anything like it before. I can't wait to see where my journey with Poshmark takes me!

Kontras

None at present, still growing & learning everyday!

Pros

Live selling and community shares make it a great place to sell items while also building a brand for yourself and your own community of supporters.

Kontras

Recent leadership changes have replaced the "community" aspect with AI algorithm and lost the charm that many long-term users have previously stayed for. The lack of communication with every new change or app update between the company and the users is pushing people away to other apps.

Pros

- Work life balance is decent (for now, might change) - Free daily lunch

Kontras

- Culture Shift: Do not rely on historical reviews. The executive transition in late 2025 fundamentally altered the day to day work environment. - Lack of Clarity: Strategic direction from the top is highly fragmented, leaving team ownership and individual accountability confusing. - Stagnant Mobility: Professional development has stalled, with minimal internal investment in employee career growth. Post Acquisition Friction: Following the acquisition, the corporate environment has shifted toward a rigid, highly bureaucratic, and top down operational style. Low Psychological Safety: Organizational changes have significantly eroded trust and psychological safety across teams.
